These guys are great. Really patient, the emails are immediate, your issue is bound to be resolved.

If you have any issues, the support team on Discord is great. All issues I had were resolved in Discord. And I ask a lot of questions, so they were very patient with me.

I used Nanswap to perform a crypto exchange and my funds were routed to their partner EasyBit without me being clearly informed upfront. EasyBit has since frozen my funds under an AML review for 19 days despite my full cooperation and submission of all requested documents.
Nanswap's support has been polite but ultimately unable to influence their partner's decision. My concern is that Nanswap selects partners on behalf of customers and therefore shares responsibility when those partners fail to deliver. EasyBit has a well-documented history of freezing customer funds — this is visible on BestChange, Trustpilot, and other platforms.
I would urge Nanswap to reconsider their partnership with EasyBit and to establish clearer customer protections when a partner holds funds indefinitely.

I had a very negative experience with NANSWAP. It claimed to process my transfer but did not actually do it.

When I reported the issue, I was redirected to another site that took all of my cryptocurrency, leaving me with even greater losses. Complaints were ignored and no resolution was offered.

Based on my experience, I strongly advise avoiding this platform to protect your assets. I have carried out multiple transactions. The replies are misleading.

Scam. I mined for a bit to test it out. Mined the coins and withdrew. Never received any funds on my account. Waited for an hour still nothing. Balance on the website showing 0 because I withdrew the balance and does not show anywhere when and how much was withdrawn.

I've used Nanswap about a dozen times by now. Every time without any issues!

i've used nanswap for year, the new explorer nanex is absolutely beautiful, this is the future of instant swap between fiat and crypto and vise versa, nano is king for this type of use of course

No issues to date using nanswap and nanswap art . Highly recommend.

Nano forks are flawless, and in many cases that's all you need, but for trading there currencies there may be some flaws. I don't know why but in rare cases the tx sometimes aren't noticed by the 3rd party that's used, but when it happens the support teams can get any issue resolved within 24h by my experience. The other pitifully small annoyances are the fees and lack of lesser know currencies requiring you to use DEXes for them, apart from that this effectively ''chainless'' service is perfect.
