HORRIBLE!!!!!
HORRIBLE!!!!!! Lost a customer for life! I purchased a jacket for my husband on November 24, 2025. The jacket was shipped on November 25th and I received it on November 27th. The jacket was too large so I returned it on November 27th via mail. I received an email on December 9th saying that the return has been received but I did not receive a refund. Since almost a month has passed since I bought and returned the item, I contacted the Customer Support team to inquire about the refund since the returned item was received 11 days ago. The Customer Support team informed me that I will need to wait 5 days, which I did, so I sent another request mentioning that 11 days had passed. The Customer Service team responded by saying I will need to wait 7 works days, which I have. I asked again about the refund and have yet to receive the refund or a response explaining why it takes 3 weeks to refund a customer. I am still waiting for the refund and I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!
