Paid for 2 hours parking in Truro
Paid for 2 hours parking in Truro, machine didn’t allow to input reg no. Just spat the ticket out, received a parking invoice usual waffle £100 reduced to £60 if paid in 14 days, appeal denied because no reg no. Invoice reduced to £20 as goodwill gesture, see you in court Napier
Wow how to start a review about a…
Wow how to start a review about a company that doesn’t give a single f about any of its customers, how would you rate Napier parking, you have to give a star to be able to give a review. So where does one start well you have just driven from Portsmouth to Plymouth in really bad weather rain never stop (and I mean rain) you get to your hotel in the pitch black you driven down courtyard lands you tried but what keeps you going is that the following day your son is doing his pass out parade, any way going back to the night you find that you can’t get anything to eat at your hotel as it is out of season so the landlord tells you about a pud that will be doing food in kingsand,so after getting instructions on how to get there we finally arrive by this time it’s getting really later and the rain hasn’t stop, so we find this car park pull in and park they is no lighting, no instructions on how to pay or if it’s 24 hour paid parking as some parking say on charge after 6/7pm so we going inside to have something to eat come back out get into the car and drive back to the hotel and it’s still throwing down with rain. So no more thinking about the parking we go on I merry way we watch my sons passing out parade head of home.About two weeks later I received a letter from Napier parking asking for a fine as I didn’t pay for parking and a picture of my car which you couldn’t even read the number plate because it was so dark asking me to pay the fine or I can appeal which I did, once again 2/3 weeks went by before hearing anything when I got the same letter this time no pictures, so I once again appeal and asked for photo proof of how the car park was lite up at night. This time I got a reply back with in2 weeks saying that my appeal was turn down in the last letter they sent but I did get the photos they your take of they website and all of them was in daylight, so because my appeal was turned down in the last letter before this one they told me that I can’t appeal again and that the fine had gone up in prices. So her I am in July and my sons pasting out parade was in February the fine still not paid. I’ve just received a letter today the 17th of July from they legal firm saying if I don’t pay by the 13 August they will take it further. So people pleas be careful with this firm they are out to make as much money as they can and they don’t care or give a s about anyone but themselves
Be aware don't use napier parking in UK
Be aware , napier parking is a scam. Paid and displayed a £4.40 ticket, sent bank statement to prove it and still have to pay the alleged fine. Stay away from all napier parking in UK.

I was a few minutes late due to my partner having diabetes and her sugar level was extremely low. We had to stop on the way back to the car and wait for her levels to go up before she was happy to walk again. Helped by a shop owner by giving her sugar. I sent an appeal but was declined. Disgusting scamming company. Avoid their car parks.
NP dwell at the very bottom of a very dirty murky pond
Its annoying that i have to give NP one star. Their Jengers Mead parking in Billingshurst is a mare. So bad are their activities that there are numerous ongoing complaints. Top tip = make sure you are not 10 secs over the parking time there otherwise you will get a penalty. Some horror stories - there is a petition. They behave as they do for the same reason as why a dog licks a certain part of its anatomy. Parking companies run rings around Local Councils [+ the councils are on £ share on some sites], local & central Govt. The British Parking Association must be the most laughable industry body ever. The BMA fared better dealing with Dr Jekyll LOL
Fined for waiting to find a spot
Issued with a parking fine for entering car park in Truro, waiting (unsuccessfully) to find a spot and then leaving (without actually parking). Appealed fine and Napier Parking rejected.
To be honest
To be honest
i had the same experience as other customers
i used their car park in Downham Market and week later i
received a parking charge.
paid for parking but still received a parking charge.
feels i been scammed
Be aware of the Milton Keynes train…
Be aware of the Milton Keynes train station parking. Pre paid on Just park and they have 2 car parks on the same road 200 yards apart! Unfamiliar with the area and going to Wembley on the train. i was not aware of the other car park, saw the napier car park sign one which was virtually empty on the day. Subsequently then fined £100. Sent proof of payment and the circumstances to Napier but shock horror they declined my appeal. So even though you can prove you paid to Napier they will disregard you as a genuine customer and fine you anyway. Just another devious car park company out there. One company to avoid in the future!!
Fined at machines with no ticket
Company charged my mum after she paid twice at a machine that didn't provide a ticket, they did the same to my partner. The company should be looked into for fraud, their methods may seem legitimate but they're just another scam company.
Dont confuse carparks or expect any…
Dont confuse carparks or expect any kind of understanding if you do. Signage wasn't very clear and people do make mistakes, if you go to Snettisham carpark a mistake will cost you at best £60.00!
Very disappointing experience.
Very disappointing experience.
I paid for parking at Ken Hill South Beach Car Park and accidentally overstayed by approximately 16 minutes. This was not a case of avoiding payment or parking without a ticket — I had paid for my stay in full.
What makes this even more frustrating is that before buying my own ticket, I helped another visitor who was unable to pay because he only had cash and no bank card. As a gesture of goodwill, I paid for his parking as well. Unfortunately, it seems goodwill and common sense are not values shared by Napier Parking.
After receiving a £100 parking charge, I submitted an appeal explaining the circumstances and providing evidence that parking had been paid for. I received only an automated acknowledgement and never received a proper response to my appeal.
Faced with the risk of further charges and escalation, I eventually felt forced to pay the £100.
The issue is not just the money. It's the lack of communication, lack of discretion, and lack of fairness. A customer who paid for parking and overstayed by a few minutes was treated exactly the same as someone who made no attempt to pay at all.
In my view, this case could have been resolved with common sense. Instead, it felt like revenue collection was prioritised over fair treatment of customers.
I would think very carefully before using any car park operated by this company.
Having read the number of negative…
Having read the number of negative comments about this parking company I am surprised it is still trading and has not been shut down. Clearly they are in a business which is not popular but my own and others experience should call into question why their practices are not under scrutiny. I will not use their car parks again.
Forced to use car park to turn around due to gridlock — charged £100 anyway
On 12 February 2026 my vehicle was present in this car park for just 8 minutes 32 seconds. I received a £100 Parking Charge Notice for "no valid parking session detected."
What Napier Parking failed to acknowledge throughout a lengthy appeals process is that on that evening, Kesteven and Sleaford High School — located immediately adjacent to this car park — was holding a Valentine's Disco with Year 7 collection at 6pm. The school's own letter to parents explicitly directed them to use "the adjacent pay and display car park" — this car park. The road ahead of me was completely gridlocked as a result, and the car park was my only option to turn around and get back out. I had no intention of parking — I needed somewhere to turn the vehicle around.
I appealed to Napier directly, then to the Independent Appeals Service, submitted a formal goodwill cancellation request, a Subject Access Request, and a complaint to the IPC. At every stage Napier refused to acknowledge the circumstances. The IAS adjudicator noted they had "some sympathy" with my circumstances but was bound by contract law and unable to consider mitigating factors — stating that only the operator has discretion to cancel. Napier declined to exercise that discretion.
Additionally, the consideration period Napier relied upon to justify enforcement appears nowhere on any signage at this site. The signage photographs submitted by Napier as evidence were taken in February 2024 — nearly two years before the incident.
I have now paid the charge. I share this experience so other motorists are aware that this car park is directly adjacent to a school and that school events generate significant congestion at collection times, sometimes forcing drivers to use this car park simply to turn around. If you find yourself in this situation through no fault of your own, Napier Parking will not consider your circumstances.
Thieves in action
This is a company that act disgracefully. They use parcels of land adjacent to council car parks without clear signage to say this is not part of the council car park. This enables them to fine people who have legitimately parked there for years as council parking.
There is no excuse for this type of theft, councils should not allow NP to purchase car parks.
Make sure you never enter an area with a Napier Parking sign.

Its a shame id have to put any star for this company. None would be better.. Total greed, no morals to anyone living in this hard enough world. Praying for that extended grace period to pass in gov, might find some needed money being lost then..
If i could give no stars i would
If i could give no stars i would. This company is just a scamming lying cheating lot. I parjed in downham wales court carpark. Their machine was not working, on a sunday morning ,no other cars in carpark .i only had visacard so couldnt pay cash. I explained to iceland staff and they said they do it deliberatly to get money.. i am absolutley disgusted.i had to walk back to car and leave but They must of been watching on cctv and i find that to be a disgusting to give me a ticket even though i tried to pay . Rip off Cu#ts
Disgusting car park
Disgusting car park. Literally got fined as the payment did not go through because their machines are broken. F scammers never using this trash again.
I am only giving 1 star as you dont…
I am only giving 1 star as you dont have a negative option. This company to be taken to court for obtaining money through false pretences. I paid for my parking ticket fairly and squarely. I even submitted the parking ticket in question proving that I had paid. I couldn't get the machine to take my registration which apparently was my problem. They weren't having it. Because the reg wasn't included I was fined £100. I appealed but still been fined £20 even though I showed them my financially valid ticket. This was the carpark in Billingshurst West Sussex.
If I was breaking their laws why did the machine accept my money in the first place.
