Promising, but basics for Pro users letting them down

Sadly, I had to signup to Trustpilot just to write this review. Nas has a lot of promise, but some basics (like handling payments) really let them down. I was impressed by the ease of use on the UI front, but when I went to actually migrate members over (after paying for Pro), I discovered that my members were having some basic issues related to paying for membership and even basic member management. Also, each message was being "approved" for send, which is weird if you're a paying user. Human customer support was also really slow to get back, despite being a paying Pro user.

So, much to my dismay, the experience was poor enough for me to signup to Trustpilot and write this review online.

too much promises in the beginning afterwards you only see very basic tool that gathering in the same place with poor coordination gives you added value

Issue with Freepik Premium Plus…

Issue with Freepik Premium Plus Membership – Video Generation & History Missing

Hello NAS.io Support Team,

I purchased a Freepik Premium Plus membership through NAS.io, and my account currently shows 523,000 credits.

However, I am experiencing the following issues:
1. I cant generate unlimited images, and I cannot generate videos, even when trying to use my credits.
2. The history of previously created images and videos no longer appears in my account.
3. I have tried logging in on multiple devices, but the behavior is the same.

It seems that my Premium Plus subscription may not be fully synced with Freepik, preventing access to video generation and historical content.

Could you please check my account and ensure that my subscription is properly recognized by Freepik, so that I can generate videos and see my previously created content?

There are Scammers

Made the worst decision signing up for…

Made the worst decision signing up for premium. Joke. So many limitation. You can run a free AND paid community in one instance. You have to pay for 2 subscription to do that. Also, the community function is a joke, just one feed. That's all. No catogory to categorise them like skool. You also cant send updates to course members. If you run a paid community, you cant run a free community access as they need to join your community to access to your events. Overall lousy product that is rigid and not business friend. Worst of all, no refund policy.

I LOVE this platform

I LOVE this platform. I was originally on another one because I wanted to create a membership, but this one is 10X better and for a similar cost. You have tools like Cofounder and challenges, which are particularly meaningful for the community to participate.

Scam!! Do not get the trial! They keep charging you after you cancel!

Scam!!! Do not get the free trial as I am now being charged without my authorization for months!! I am filing a complaint with consumer protection and through my bank for unauthorized charges!! I did send an email previously requesting confirmation of cancellation and no response.
