Bad experience with NAS cleaners I had a 2 storey house and paid $700 for end of lease they did not clean the house properly the floor skirts was still dusty through the whole house my pantry shelves was not wiped down, the master bedroom shower still had mould on the silicone and they said not to worry about that Agency will sort that out when I spoke to the lady over the phone she said that the mould is on the silicone which would need to be replaced and they don’t provide that service. I told her that it don’t need to be replaced they just didn’t bother trying, she also defended her company and said that it’s impossible to clean the mould I took photos of the before and during the process of me cleaning the mould and after pictures of it been clean she never replied back. The house was not Bond back guarantee like they promise. I was handing the keys over the next day and I refused to let the agency see that. My floor wasn’t vacuumed properly it still had hair in the carpet and they carpet clean it too ! It only took them 2 hours to clean a 2 storey house and there were four of them two older ladies and two men ! It don’t take 2 hours to clean the house and also the service included clean window from the inside in one of the room upstairs was a hand mark they didn’t clean that off either. Also they took the bottom part of a shower glass door it’s for keeping the water from getting out, they took that off left in my garage for me to throw out lucky I have noticed it and again cleaned it and put it back. If I could upload photos on here I will upload it on here but I’m gonna have to look for a Facebook page of theirs to do that. I spent a lot of money on crap service although they said that they could come back and fix it but I didn’t want to look like an idiot infront of my agency and trying to explain myself of why the house is not clean properly. Save yourself the trouble and money and look else where for a clean service. If I could give them zero stars I would
