Our Family run business has £3,000,000 in stock ready to send out for next day delivery when ordered before 1.30pm Monday to Friday with thousands of regular customers. Good prices and great service

Good prices and great service. I ordered a tanking kit and mistakenly gave completely the wrong postcode for my delivery address. Unsurprisingly, he couriers sent the package to a delivery depot miles from my house. I explained the problem to Nass Boards. They recalled the original and immediately sent out a replacement to the corrected address on overnight delivery.

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service! I received a faulty shower tray for my wet room and I got a replacement delivered in less than 24 hours. Martin was very polite and replied to me even out of hours.
Thank you for saving me time and money!

Fast delivery

Fast delivery, and best price for backer boards. First time using these boards and I am very impressed. Boards came well packaged. Hopefully they will insulate my garage, time will tell.

Excellent Customer Service.

I think your customer service is excellent . I've been dealing with Martin - even though he was on annual leave - he still directly responded to my queries / enquiries. Everything done as said , good prices too.
Cant fault your organisation.

I bought some thermal boards and…

I bought some thermal boards and electric ufh off This company on eBay

Absolute pleasure to deal with, and all my stuff (2 lots) came delivered within 3 days

I then contacted on eBay explaining my dog chewed through the ufh cable I left exposed (all my own fault) and he offered me a “ufh repair kit “ absolute free of charge,plus it came overnight delivery day (again totally free!…I didn’t know you could get things that fast through the post anymore. Lol !

Communication was very fast and efficient, helpful and knowledgeable.

Will be dealing with them again if I need anything they provide

Can’t recommend enough…Thank you again. 👌

1st class customer service

I purchased an underfloor heating and controller system through Amazon in April whiich was not installed until June at which point discovered the controller faulty and with the underfloor mat installed I could not claim through Amazon. I contacted Nassboard directly regarding the problem and the unit was replaced without question within 3 days. 1st class customer service.
