No refund for returned items!
I place an order for £150 received my items kept 2 and returned £100 worth of products. I received an email to advise my return had been processed and I would received a refund.
I have since contacted customer service who said they had issued a refund on 07/05/25 and it would take 5 working days. It has been 11 working days. Every time I try to contact customer service I am advised they are busier than usual and never get a response. I am owed £101.41 which I have been advised was refunded and was not!

Do not order, still waiting for a return for 2 items! They have sent me an email 2 weeks ago to say they received said items and that a refund will be in my account within 14 days- I have chased this up multiple times now and it’s just an auto response from a bot.
Very disappointed.

Please issue a full refund for my order (#GUS108321590) immediately. I received the package on May 12, 2025, and returned it on May 14, 2025, as instructed. The item was faulty—it arrived stained, used, and with a tissue in the pocket. I followed all return steps correctly and expect the refund to be processed without any further delay. Thank you.

Terrible Customer Service and Shipping Services
I have been trying to get information on a $100 order I placed almost a month ago. It was supposed to be delivered at the beginning of the month, and it never did. When delivery was "attempted" (by a delivery company I have never heard of before) they said it was unsuccessful without much further explanation. Delivery was supposed to be reattempted but now the most recent update says that it was being returned to sender. I had purchased this item with what I thought was well enough time in advance since I needed it for next Monday. So, after several futile attempts to get in contact with a real human from customer service, I am still unsuccessful. I am absolutely at my wits end about the whole situation

The worst
The worst. Ordered items on March 18 and it is currently April 9 and still nothing. Reached out numerous times regarding my missing order and ZERO response. Had to file a complaint with my credit card and STILL waiting to be reimbursed and STILL no word from Nastygal regarding my order. I want my money back as clearly I will not receive my items nor an answer from Nastygal. I am NEVER going to buy from this company again and highly recommend you avoid them as well and shop elsewhere. Their stuff is not unique and can be found on other sites. Spend your money elsewhere. Best to avoid this type of headache with them.

No refund aftwr nearly a month for a return
Painfully long return refund wait- tracking shows my package was delivered to their office over three weeks ago and to date i have had no refund.
Contacted customer services various times who have simply told me to wait as it can take up to one month.
Have not recieve any refund email notification or confirmation other than via social media message that a refund is being issued.
Starting to lose trust in this brand.
In response to their response- it has been nearly one month since i returned the parcel with no refund! I think I have waited long enough!

Will I ever get the package??
i ordered from Nasty Gal March 21 and requested 4 day shipping ( paid for out of pocket) the order was sent through Pro Carrier, who sent it through Cirro, who sent it through UNi UNi ... right, 3 carriers , unheard of and a logistic nightmare. My package has yet to arrive i have emailed Nasty Gal and all the shipping partners, some say keep waiting - some don't respond, some say we are working on it.... Yet, no answers and no package. Not sure why this is happening but this will be my last purchase- praying this company gets it together soon, but it will never affect me again thats for sure

As you will see below is that there shady delivery partners have put in fake tracking information to appear as if they attempted the delivery- they did not.
I have written the partner six times and they finally said they would try to get me the delivery in the next 10 business days.
Nasty Gal won’t do any thing about this and when I reached out to them privately they immediately responded that they could not refund me - even though that was never my request.
Nasty Gal is writing back. But when I emailed Stacy directly she left me on read. By the way it’s now April 8th and I still don’t have the package- what now Stacy?

Impossible to get refund
Courier lost my return. Proof provided to Nasty Gal. Now 6 weeks later and multiple missed dates starting at end of Feb they promised they’d refund and I’m still chasing. AVOID.
Beware of being told ‘refund has been issued and making way through the system’ as this is a blatant lie and delaying tactic. No reason ever given for taking so long.
They're now saying 1st April so I am taking legal action

Absolutely abysmal refund system. I returned an item to them (tracking showing as received on 6th march. Was told numerous times by agent that my refund would be in my account by the 24th of march. Haven't received any refund. Now being ignored by customer service. Absolutely terrible. For such a well established retailer I expected so much better.

Please don't shop here, recieved email on the 6th of March stating my refund would be issued shortly. Now they are saying my order number doesn't exist. Over £200 they have taken. Now I have to take legal action. AVOID!!!
