Hi Annie, thank you for taking the time to leave a review, and I'm really sorry to hear that your experience with us fell short of the standard we always aim for.

I completely understand how frustrating this situation must have been. Unfortunately, the delay in your order was caused by a Royal Mail misdirection, which was outside of our control. When a parcel goes missing in transit, we're required to follow Royal Mail's processes before we can confirm a loss and take further action and we aren't always able to act as quickly as we would like in those situations. 

We're a very small team of two, and while I can see your emails were largely responded to on the same day, unfortunately we don't often have cover for queries that come in over a weekend. I do however recognise there were moments in the exchange where the process could have been communicated more clearly and that is something I will make sure we improve on going forward. I also appreciate your patience when there was a miscommunication around the delivery address. 

I can see as soon as your leggings were returned to the warehouse that a replacement pair was sent out and those should be with you this week. I really hope you enjoy them and that we might have the chance to restore your faith in Natal Active in the future.

Hi Maryam, thanks for your feedback. Unfortunately as a small business, much like many high street retailers now, we are currently not able to offer free returns. We do however offer free shipping on orders over £100 and free shipping if you wanted to exchange for a better fit. Best wishes, Claire x

I really appreciate the time taken to write it! I think we show as 3.8 as we only have a couple of reviews (fairly new to Trustpilot) so you have motivated me to push it a little bit more and get that rating up where I think it should be!
