Poor customer service..... buyer beware.....

You can always tell a good Company when they work hard to correct a customer issue..... Dominic appears to be the owner of Natcom and from my experience he does not care about resolving customer issues despite what he says on his website..... With Natcon, marketing messages about customer satisfaction are an absolute fabrication.

I experienced poor workmanship and there was no accountability to put it right just fabricated lies that Dominic used to deflect responsibility. Also the journey to reach a conclusion to the matter was tortuously delayed by constant lack of contact and having to chase to get a response. I even left a message on Dominic`s mobile with no response for two weeks. When I spoke to his office manager Claire, I was simply told that Dominic does not listen to his voicemails as if this was perfectly acceptable....... says a lot about a Company in one statement. "a fish rots from the head" I think is the phrase.....

The resolution I was seeking was really simple to action and of no consequential cost but Dominic was incredibly poor at working with me to find an amicable solution and just dismissed what I was requesting out of hand. So if working with someone who can manage events when things go wrong, then take it from me, Dominic is not your man and Natcon is not your Company,

Before I was aware of the issue with the work carried out I recommended Natcom to a friend who contracted them to do some relatively minor building work. My friend was really unhappy with the quality of work provided and the extended time period that the work took, not to mention an attempt to extort more money for the job once the job had started.

Be very careful if you contract with this company and do not believe what their website says about customer service or what Dominic may say to you at the quote stage.

P.S.... from memory this is my second ever poor Trust Pilot review so I am clearly not a serial complainer. I feel driven to post this through utter frustration and bewilderment by the actions of Dominic from Natcon in this matter and I want to protect other potential customers from the experiences that I have had.
