I've never had to make a claim before and the thought of it made me anxious. I felt like time was taken to listen to me properly and that everything was explained well. There were a few glitches within the call itself where the line kept breaking up or no sound was coming through but I was called back promptly and they didn't mind going over any information that I may have missed during that time. Hopefully this service and care continues throughout the claim process.
