Just sack the designers who came up with this platform. Easier to navigate IKEA on a Bank Holiday. Can't wait to win the jackpot so I don't have to use this site ever again.

I had my online lottery account for over 20 years and I have been buy my lottery for the month for many years now and all of a sudden since this new company takes over. Thy block me from depositing the money I need to cover all my games for the month. I called them and they told me they sent me a email which I didn’t receive and saying that the computer automatically charged my deposit limits. They said someone was going to call me back, but no calls so far. Tonight I went to buy my Thunder ball and I can’t deposit no money and I can’t use the £12 I have in the account. Alywn is a very bad company and very poor customer service. Comeback Camelot all is forgiven.

The new National Lottery app is a load of 💩 it’s down yet again 24/03/2026, why replace the old one it was brilliant 🤷🏻‍♂️ if it ain’t broke don’t fix it 🤦🏻‍♂️ Idgiots ……..😡

Saves me money as some days I can't buy tickets, "error please try later" continues for over 6 hours. Then the web site will not allow you to use your Favourite numbers.
Trying to check previous tickets is a pain, it's not in date order and you have to filter Pending, which doesn't always work. Lots of other issues too but new company chooses to ignore feedback.

Hopeless, constantly get the message ‘Something went wrong’ certainly the case with whoever wrote this app! They must be losing millions, as frustrated players just give up. I cannot deposit funds, links that were so intuitive before have been removed. Sort it out!

New app rubbish wouldn’t let me buy a ticket or play instant games. No problems with previous app if it ain’t broke don’t fix it! Whoops too late 🤨

National lottery app has problems AGAIN.
What is wrong with this Alwyn company that they make changes everyone HATES and can't function without problems.
The changes they chose are unnecessary, the app is ugly and there are always problems. If Alwyn wasn't competent enough to run something like this they should never have bid.
And fire the minister et al that approved this crap company should also be fired.
Guess I'm missing another draw. Well done.... pointless.

Its shocking. Wont let me withdraw winnings. Doesn’t show the lotto game just purchased. Its like a con. Once Ive received my winnings I will not use again. Disgraceful.

The new National Lottery application is absolutely terrible. It is so complicated to use now that I do not trust the reliability of it to record accurate information anymore. I often cannot access my games to check whether my tickets have ended which you now have to do as the notifications advising of this fact have now stopped! Why?
I often get strange messages about payments that make absolutely no sense! Why?
The app is extremely sluggish and sometimes freezes! Why?
If it doesn't improve soon I will stop using it and buying tickets at all

Poor customer service no response to emails unless it’s a generic response

Every time it decides for additional verification it refuses to accept my date of birth and won't let me log in. If I request an email to reset password I never receive one. Previously after a few days it lets me play again. Fingers crossed.

Absolutely rubbish new website..they don't notify you now when your ticket has finished. Its totally impossible to navigate the site. I was ages trying to renew my ticket. Absolutely appalling.
What moron designed this app. They need their P45. Going to lose a lot of customers.

The changes they have made to app make me no longer want to use it anymore.

The new website is a terrible. It is a joke. Tickets are listed in a random order, trying to find matched tickets is a non starter; tickets for future draws state no match, even though the draw hasn't taken place yet; the filters don't work. Absolutely pathetic website which is totally useles. Who on earth signed off this untested, NON NAVIGATEABLE of a so called system.i would doubt to trust the notifications either based on this awful design. You probably have won but they've failed to let you know. Wouldn't surprise me at all... whoever coded this site needs to change their vocation.

The worst update ever!
Been playing in a syndicate since 2012 and now its 100% harder to refer to previous tickets.

The new website is an absolute disgrace. After all the negative comments surely it’s time to go back to the previous programme that worked perfectly. There is no point in repeating the issues that are well documented. Just change it National Lottery.
