This was a difficult sale for me as I had lived in the house for 41 years. An added difficulty is that I am unable to speak but the staff were very helpful and understanding and everything went well in the end.

I found this agent on line and decided to use to sell my property, there were very professional and quickly found buyers for the property. How ever a number of deals fell through no fault of the agent, but finally a sale was agreed,I would use them again and would recommend.

As first time buyers we were able to secure a property we never thought we would. David and Tom were able to deliver a service which other estate agents do not provide, even when there were inherent setbacks. Would happily use again. Thanks all, great work 👍🏻

I made a purchase through National residential. They were all over it from the initial offer going in. Great communication throughout and a quick efficient purchase.

Tom and David were brilliant. They are experienced and knowledgable and always do as they say. We had a tough case so a lot of phone calls were made to them but they always stayed calm and were willing to do whatever to get the sale through. Highly recommend!

Our experience with the The Online National Residential Estate Agency has been excellent - especially taking into account the limitations Covid has place on businesses. The staff of the Chester office have been extremely helpful - no query has been too much trouble for them and they always respond promptly to emails and telephone calls. Highly recommended. It took nearly a year to sell the property. But I’ve no complaints to make because it’s not national residential’s fault for the delay. The present Covid situation has delayed everything. I would be happier if I could get a price, but the houses around there are not selling for a good price.
I’m happy that the estate agent did whatever was within their means and got the property sold.

Dave and his Team were very professional with my purchase. From the very moment I started to show interest to after completion they were on hand to answer all my questions. Needless to say we completed in just 4 weeks.

Depends on who helps you in the office – there are two extremes – amazing to “improvements required”. Don’t expect quick call backs. I'm afraid I have to be very humble and offer an apology. The viewer that never turned up to view my partner's property and where we waited in one evening was not the fault of NR - it's was my partner's. He failed to read his emails but never told me for a few days! I have removed my remark about your staff member - and edited the review. That was quite mean of me. Your response is quite amusing if not a little revealing. It's taken over 3 weeks for anyone to reply to me & ask the basic questions. I would have been happy to talk through my concerns at the time. It seems a little unprofessional to be making the assumptions you appear to have made publicly and incorrectly so I feel that’s a little disappointing from a prospective customer’s point of view. Perhaps I’m not the only one that needs to eat humble pie?

This type of auction Worked well for us in selling an attractive but quirky property. National residential Were helpful and professional through the process.
