National Building Consultants Reviews

Written by the company

Building confidence in every property. National Building Consultants is an independent building consultancy and surveying practice. We help homebuyers, homeowners, landlords and businesses understand the true condition of a property before they buy, repair or invest. What makes us different is simple: we don't sell treatments, repairs or remediation. Many damp and property inspections are carried out by companies that also sell the fix. We don't. Our only job is to find the real cause of a problem and explain it clearly, so the advice you receive is honest, evidence-based and free from sales pressure. Why clients choose us: - Genuinely independent: no upselling and no hidden agenda. - Evidence-based reporting: clear findings with no jargon and no unnecessary complexity. - Qualified and accountable: every inspection is carried out with technical precision by experienced professionals. - Transparent, fixed pricing: you know the cost before we visit. Our services: - Essential and Comprehensive Damp & Mould Surveys - Home Buyer Survey (Level 2) - Building Survey (Level 3) - Buy-to-Let Surveys - New-Build Snagging Surveys - Measured and Architectural Surveys - Home Reviews for corporate clients Accreditations: Federation of Damp (FOD) accredited, Residential Property Surveyors Association (RPSA) member, and fully insured with professional indemnity and public liability cover. Areas we cover: London, Bristol, Bath, Cardiff, Newport, Swansea, Southampton, Salisbury, Exeter, Somerset, Gloucestershire and Herefordshire. If your area isn't listed, get in touch and we'll do our best to help. Honest answers, not assumptions. Technical depth, not guesswork. Independence, not sales pressure.
