Prosessional and friendly service. Quick with paper work and explained ecolvwrything well. Would have had 5 stars but communication lacked a bit when arranging pick up of vehicle.

I recently bought an Audi A3 from National Car Hub and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. The whole process was smooth from start to finish. The staff were friendly, helpful, and not pushy at all.
The car was in great condition, exactly as described, and it drives perfectly. I felt confident with the information they provided, and everything was explained clearly. It really felt like they cared about finding the right car for me.
I’d definitely recommend National Car Hub to anyone looking for a reliable used car and great customer service. Thanks again!

I bought a car from them which unfortunately had issues. They dealt with the matter professionally and offered me numerous options. I eventually took a refund. Thanks to Jess and Kris for their help.

As soon as they got my money, they stopped caring. My car had issues right after purchase, and they refused to take responsibility. Their warranty is useless, and their service department is a joke!

Ok so you’ll have seen some bad reviews on this company but , I can say hand on heart ( and I’m a genuine purchase Richard Berry look me up on FB for proof ) that this company is a good company , any car dealer will have bad reviews so don’t believe everything about these guys , I can say i had a positive experience they had the car and model I wanted, they fixed what I asked to be fixed , there was even an issue which when addressed calmly they also fixed , they really do have a good team I’m going to name a few for you , David ( first names only I’m afraid lol I don’t know them enough for surnames ) my first contact sales rep , well mannered and kind , Alex a manager went above and beyond to make sure the car was right for me , and finally after sales care Jessica an asset to this company , calm polite and helpful , I can honestly say I feel these guys are a good bunch

Avoid these cowboys like the plague. Unless they are selling an ultra rare car you can't get anywhere else just avoid. Even then, just avoid!
As mentioned in previous reviews, they are very helpful right up until the point of driving the car away then that is it.
I purchased a BMW X5 from them that broke down badly 3 months after purchase. They were not interested at all, quoting their 28day warranty, right up until the point I involved the finance company. Even after that it took 5 months for them to stall, lie to everyone and just be totally unhelpful for the finance company to demand they took the car back to repair or reject. They had no choice in this and after their failure to repair the car fortunately I was able to reject the car and get most of the money back that I had paid.
Their aftersales manager, Jessica, is an absolute disgrace and is the cause of most of their delaying tactics. I urge you to avoid this place and if you have bought a car from these clowns and you have issues and it's on finance, contact your finance company immediately as they can help under consumer credit regulations.

Lovely service, will definitely be buying in the future!
I bought a Mercedes A-Class from them and was pleasantly surprised with the service. There was a no pressure sales atmosphere and everyone was friendly.

I purchased a BMW from them, the sale went fine, however the after sale team doesnt exist!!! They give you a month guarantee, however be prepared that after driving off they will not take any responsibility for any fault! We took the car to a service after they serviced it for us and we were informed that important parts have been removed from the car!!! It cost us £2000 so far get the car fixed!! We bought a 5 years old car with low mileage, so not a run down car for a couple of thousand pounds to expect repair on it now and then!! I would not recommend this company! I would never buy from them again. They do not take any responsibility for the sold cars!

After sales department - despite the reviews she was helpful and had no issues resolving my questions and concern

Brought my 2nd car from here and service is amazing. Great customer service and after care. Loving my new car

Dreadful service - can never get hold of after sales or the manager.
They don’t seem to care once they have your money on going problems - not returning phone calls now.

Really poor service, test drove the car and there were three issues such as tyres, keys and parts falling off the dash. Only offer 1 months warranty. Salesman Maz was really arrogant and not customer focused at all- in the wrong job.

I recently purchased a used car from National Car Hub and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff were friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to understand what I was looking for and showed me a range of options within my budget, without any pressure or pushy sales tactics.
The car itself was in excellent condition, exactly as advertised, and came with a full service history. The dealership was transparent about everything, and they even let me take it for a thorough test drive. The whole process, from choosing the car to finalising the paperwork, was smooth and stress-free.
A big thank you to Sam and Pete for their patience and expertise. I would highly recommend NCH to anyone looking for a reliable used car at a fair price. I’ll definitely be coming back in the future!

Shocking customer service (after they have taken your money) Rude aftercare lady needs to work on her customer service skills.
Major issue with car broke down within 2 days took a week for them to agree to replace the battery, then broke down again after 2 months with whole clutch system going now leaving me £2000 in debt and without a car for 5 weeks now (having a child with special needs has left life impossible) this according to warranty company should have been picked up on service/mot!!!! Basic answer from dealer well it’s your now not our responsibility 😡. Absolute cowboys shouldn’t be allowed to own a garage let alone sell cars to the public.
It gets worse so after paying for the repairs £4000 in total the garage then offer to collect the car to take a look at it (7 weeks after it has broken down) repair had already had to be done as dealers we’re getting aggie about how long it was with them. For them now to wash there hands of it???? But 3 weeks down the line it has broken down AGAIN another issue cost another £549, and guess what they don’t give a SHIT 😡😡😡😡😡😡
And so it continues we have now had to have a new starter motor put on the car another £680, and it has broken down again this time god knows what’s wrong as we have called the finance company and they have insisted on an inspection from the VSA before anything else is done to see if the car is road worth and safe. Tbh I think the best thing for this place is to stop trading and something should be done against the owners

I have waited a little while before doing this review due to Christmas although I was asked to do it on site!
Prior to purchasing this vehicle I asked specific questions to which I got vague answers. That should have been the red flag but unfortunately I was too trusting.
We arrived at the dealership and the light was fading and it was raining. I immediately noticed that the wheel trims were far worse than having just ‘some damage’. Every wheel was damaged completely all round the rim. We agreed to accept this damage and they agreed to touch it up until we got it repaired. I am not sure how f this happened as they still look a complete mess but that is me responsibility as we accepted it in this condition. I then found on the passengers side paint damaged on the door rim. I was told they would sort that out before we took the vehicle. It looked relatively ok when it was done however when you look on a dry day in the daylight it is clear it has just had some paint squirted at it which is bubbled.
I then asked the salesman and f there was any other damage on the car- I was told no. I couldn’t see anything but the conditions weren’t great and yes I should probably have looked at it in daylight and not trusted the salesman however with the AA promise in mind I expected it to have been thoroughly checked in ver and had no reason to question his word.
It wasn’t until the next day that on walking towards the car I noted a dent in the passenger side door. Moving around the vehicle I noticed white specks all over the bonnet. These turned out to be little chips out of the paint work 75+ I counted on the body work in total.
We later noticed chipped paintwork on the drivers side door and little chips all over the windscreen. Why none of this was pointed out to us I do not know but they would have been obvious to anyone preparing that vehicle. I find the failure to give a true and accurate description of the vehicle dishonest especially when they were asked.
I should have known when I asked about the tyre tread before setting off and I was told they didn’t know but they could check it if I wanted. Any normal garage would have immediately provided the information.
We have also just had to put 2 new wiper blades on the vehicle and I question how it has passed an MOT with the blades it had on. To add to our misery we were only a couple of miles up the road when the washer fluid ran out.
We travelled quite a distance to collect the car and I realise that I should have done things differently but it does not justify dishonesty. I was also only made aware that you only get 1 month warranty instead of 3 when I was completing the transaction because of the mileage.
I am bitterly disappointed as my 23year old son purchased the car outright having saving hard. I intend to get in touch with the AA as I believe they aren’t adhering to the standards required
I will also be looking in to the consumer rights act.

After day 1 the EML a came on which took almost a week to fix even though the fault was dismissed prior to us collecting the car according to the technician that plugged the car in.
Now the car is having £850 worth of discs , pads and tyres which should have as minimum have been an advisory on the MOT done by National Car Hub in November 2024.
Initially happy with the purchase but now waiting for the next thing to go wrong.
I bought a car in early September. Within days, I noticed a series of faults.
National Car Hub refused to pay for inspection and repair near to my home. Only several weeks later and after I involved Citizens Advice (who referred the matter to Trading Standards) and the broker did National Car Hub collect the car (as it was unsafe to drive).
It's been around seven weeks since National Car Hub collected my vehicle. Since then they have:
- claimed they have mended it when they haven't.
- denied faults on a written inspection that I provided exist, but provided no evidence to the contrary.
- stated the car was off site (when it almost certainly wasn't) to prevent an independent inspection organised by my broker from taking place.
- called the broker stating the car is mended and ready for return (untrue).
- not complied with requests from AA Cars mediation (to provide paperwork substantiating National Car Hub's claims).
The broker is now trying to rearrange the independent inspection. If this is not done promptly or National Car Hub fail to comply I will immediately instruct my solicitor as it has been nearly three months since I bought the car now.
Please save yourself three months of stress (with no end in sight) and buy elsewhere.
