this advice line needs a well deserved pat on the back. my wife had a debt recovery outfit chasing her a debt dating back to 2006 June I rang theese people and the advice was absolutely 💯 spot on .I followed the advice and within 3 weeks they closed the case nothing to pay as this debt was "statute barred "

Spoke to a kid gentleman there called Lee and he guided me through to the point where my IVA was accepted. Now I just have one affordable monthly payment of £100 over five years which will see me debt free. Couldn’t thank him enough
