Stop the Madness

Was looking for life insurance info and apparently the site I used sold/sent my info out to Nationalfamily.com, who now won't stop calling. I blocked them, but, somehow their calls don't ring thru, but go to my voice-mail 5-10 times per day! OMG! Stop the madness! I'm afraid to engage with them by email for fear that they will begin to harass me that way!

They won't stop calling

They won't stop calling. Even after I demanded they remove my name from their call list. They called 19 times and texted 3 in just 2 hours one night. Each time from a different number. I finally registered my number with the do not call list, but it tqkes up to 30 days to go into effect.

Relentless Spam Calls

Someone used my phone number for this service and I'm receiving 5 calls a day and many texts. They are relentless. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

A simple way to block them on…

A simple way to block them on cellphones - wait for a Nat Fam call. Don’t delete it - make it a new contact.

Now block the contact.

They can change numbers all they want, but Caller ID will end the scourge.

Prepare to want to change your number!

The second you click submit, your phone will start ringing and it doesn't stop. I have been receiving one call after another, after another and back to back from the second it's 8 am, and every hour on the hour. This is harassment! I'm considering changing my number!

I made a single inquiry and have regretted it since

I made a single inquiry, and my phone has been blowing up for 2 weeks with robo calls and insurance calls.. In the middle of the conversation I was having he disconnected the phone, and the robot calls immediately started. Don't even inquire with this company or you'll wouldn't regret it. They sell your information.

LOW Better Business SCORE - FRAUDSTER - ASSOCIATION WITH CRIMINAL ENTERPRISE

Low Better Business Bureau Score 1 out of 5. Many Complaints to the BBB.

This company sends me illegal emails, violating the CAN-SPAM Act laws FREQUENTLY. They engage with a criminal enterprise and turn a blind eye to federal regulations to increase their sales. The law is clear; they are responsible for monitoring companies they hire to manage their marketing. They send "commercial content" daily from a different email address every time, so one cannot block the unwanted spam. I have no "transactional" relationship and have not given either party consent to email me. I do not trust companies that use illegal ad tactics. I would not recommend this company because they are aware of their infractions, yet continue. According to the FCC CAN-SPAM Act, each email sent is a violation with a $43,280 penalty. They are sending these to thousands of people. I am sending a copy of this SPAM to the FCC SPAM enforcement team. I will post this and other similar messages on Trust Pilot every time I get these emails to lower your Trust score. Every interaction I have with your company, I will post another. Do not reply, asking me to unsubscribe or provide you with my information. It's your responsibility to manage your third-party marketing relationships per the Act. Unsubscribing using the third-party marketing partners tool only confirms my email address, which they will use for other campaigns. GOVERN YOURSELF ACCORDINGLY.
