The most HORRENDOUS experience of my life. 2 months of endless promises. There was never a buffet. Never a driver. The driver had the same number as Zac Coles wife. He called me numerous disgusting names which have today been reported to the police. He refused to refund me my money. They are total scams.

I ordered a sofa with Nationalfurnituresupply, but it was on back order so I called to cancel the order. After being told over the phone that the order was canceled, and I would receive an email, I received no follow up email. Instead, later, I got an email saying my order was ready to ship. I contacted again, saying I had already canceled the order, but they claimed I had not, despite telling them the exact date and time I canceled it, and wanted to charge me a restocking fee that was nearly the cost of the couch. I canceled again, but later that week they shipped anyway and charged. Customer service was rude and they keep no records of calls.

I generally would not buy such a large purchase online, but I was not happy with the limited and boring choices the big box stores had in patio sets. So I read the positive reviews on this set and decided to take the gamble. And we hit the jackpot. It is a lovely set of furniture and appears to be well made. The entire set was delivered in one giant box. We opened it before the delivery guy left just to make sure there was no damage. All was in perfect shape. The chairs and ottomans come assembled. But be prepared to assemble the loveseat and the table. The set comes with two wrenches and plenty of nuts and bolts. That took a bit of work, but it was not too hard. I would definitely recommend two people for the assembly.

Great quality chair came packaged well and already put together. I had a problem with the color it is a true navy blue ,not a vibrant blue that’s pictured on the website that was my only complaint.

I ordered this bronze stool after looking at it for several weeks my husband said buy it it looks really nice. When I received it I was floored by how beautiful and awesome it looks in my family room. The quality is far superior than I ever expected and I intend to buy another one for the other side of the couch! Love this one!

HORRIBLE, PURCHASED OVER $1300 WORTH OF FURNITURE, THEY SHIPPED ME A TABLE I NEVER ORDERED, AND INCOMPLETE ORDER THEY HAD TO REFFUND MONEY FOR MY GREY RECLINER THAT I WAITED 3 MONTHS AND NEVER RECIEVED, PETER CUSTOMER SERVICE CURSED ME AND GAVE ME PARTIAL REFUND ONLY, NOTHING FOR MY INCONVIENCE, I WOULD RATHER SHOP AT WALMART THEN EVER DO BUSINESS WITH NATIONAL FURNITURE SUPPLY AGAIN! STAY AWAY. HORRIBLE COMPANY THAT WILL SAY ALL ITEMS ARE BACK ORDERED

They have a great collection of furniture brands. Wide variety of European furniture are available on the site with content. They have priced the furniture so competitive that you can't resist from purchasing.

Recently bought a furniture. Had a manufacturing defect. Although they worked with me fine but the manufacturer gave me a hard time. It worked out ok as I got a replacement but overall very tiring process.

I got a good deal on bed but would love to customer service to be more communicative.
