A family business that you should AVOID AT ALL COST

I purchased from this company using their shopify app and website, and received an email saying they would notify me when the item shipped. I inquired with them a few days later having not heard from them but got no response. I inquired the next day, same thing I response. Again the next day. Finally I called them and the guy that answered said he was aware of my order but he needed to speak with some guy and he said they would email me back. I didn’t hear back so I emailed again then at 1:00am all I get is an email saying “no stock”

They don’t tell me when they will have stock, or why they sold it to me if they don’t have stock or if they are refunding me or if there is somewhere else I can go.

This company has horrible customer service and I do NOT recommend at all.
