Excellent service. I reported a delivery problem which they replied to and put right immediately.

Ordered a set of lights and received and order confirmation stating they’d be with me in 2-5 days. 8 days later called to find out where my order is, only to be told that they’ve now called their supplier and the item isn’t in stock and they won’t be stocking it again. Really frustrated to have waited 8 days, have to chase it myself to then be told it’s out of stock and that they’ll now arrange a refund. Would expect a company with half decent customer service to have been in contact with me and much sooner and not to try and pass the buck on to their suppliers. Wont buy from them again.

These guys are the Tops. I placed an order, they made contact and advised me, which saved me money. The order arrived in a couple of days all intact. These people are Professional. I never go any where elsa for bulbs. Well Done

Had a problem with one of the items I ordered. One e mail was sufficient to solve problem and replacement was sent by return. Excellent customer service. Would have no hesitation in ordering from company again

Correct bulbs at a great price. Well packaged so arrived in perfect condition.

We ordered two under cupboard lights for our kitchen. They arrived very quickly and are excellent quality. My husband fixed them up and they look great.

Great service and speedy delivery. Some of the items I ordered were awaiting stock, and I recieved an email asking whether I would like the items they had in stock sent out first, or to wait till everything was available. I was happy to wait, but appreciated the fact that they had taken the time to give me the option.

This company had the hard to find bulbs I was after and they were sent within a week at great price and well packed. I'd definitely buy from again.

Service was great but the new bulb only lasted one week and when you pay 30 quid for one bulb it’s not ideal

This is the first time I have ordered from National Lamps and Components but I would do so again without hesitation. The bulbs I ordered arrived quickly were well packaged and neither the bulbs or their boxes were damaged in transit. The dimensions and ratings appear to be as specified and I am really pleased with my purchase.

Tried loads of places to get the lamps I needed. National lamps had the ones I wanted when a lot of other suppliers couldn't supply Arrived as stated on time, great service. Will use again.😊

Always have what I am looking for, the only place to go for lamps

The web site is logical (makes a change)and easy to use. Once ordered everything flowed smoothly and delivery was prompt. Would recommend these guys.
