Delivery delayed multiple times - often on the day. Reasonable communication after but no ability to refund delivery cost despite lack of delivery.

Saved about £100 vs other retailers. Arrived on time. Delivery drivers very helpful and friendly, I'm old and they helped me carry it in.
Got quite anxious after reading some other reviews, but spoke to their very helpful customer services because I hadn't received a delivery date with their order confirmation, and was reassured. I'd use them again.

all the mouldings what we received been very badly painted, we have to sand it and reprimed again, tried to return them but they said is 40% of fee. very disappointed,

Avoid this company and any of its other sites online. Take orders for items they don't have or can't actually get from a supplier but keep taking orders online. Repeatedly changed delivery dates, poor communication when I went to cancel suddenly they found some of what was ordered on the warehouse. Can't comment on quality as I cancelled, but buy from somewhere else to save yourself a world of hassle and dissapointing service

Do not use this company, they will not deliver and when you cancel the order because they will not deliver for several weeks, they will cancel your order but you will not receive a refund

They missed my delivery because their driver was pretty much useless. Why employ a driver who cant read maps and relies on a sat nav. He managed to get near to my home but couldnt complete the journey as the tunnel has restrictions. If he had a map, he could have plotted his way using two other routes. But there again, you can do that with a sat nav.
Three times i spoke with him and his office twice at national MDF to help him along and assist where i could. The last time, he called me, he was at another address a few miles away and then said, he has had enough and is going home. His office convinced him to have another go then again, another message to say they will redeliver with another driver the following day.
Overall, my order was easy to complete and customer services were good but if they cant offer a delivery which did cost a bit, then they need to get a new driver, preferably, one who has a map and can find addresses, not relying on a sat nav.
I did let my feelings known to the company which sounded like it fell on deaf years. I am direct when i dont get what i have purchased.

Thought I had made a mistake ordering from this company. It was only after I’d paid for the items I thought I’d best have a quick check 🤦‍♂️ After reading the recent reviews I wasn’t holding my breath that I was actually going to get my order.
Although it was just past the 4-7 delivery time, I received a confirmation text stating when it was to be delivered. I was then kept updated from the courier by text and email.
The items were delivered on the stated day in their timescale.
My order was fully complete and in good condition. I’d certainly use this company again 👍
4 stars as to being a couple of days beyond what they say on the website, perhaps change to 7-10 days

After placing my order I didn’t receive a delivery date after 5 days. I contacted them to see when it would be delivered and told it would be delivered within their 4-7 days delivery promise and would delivered on the Tuesday of the following week. Waited in all day for delivery then contacted National MDF by email twice to get a rough delivery time. No reply was given to either email and so wasted a whole day waiting in. Contacted them by phone today and was told that delivery was Thursday. Don’t believe a word they say as they sound like absolute chancers so I’ve asked for a refund. Let’s see it they can even do that right. Would definitely not use again and would advise anyone else to avoid.

Supposed to be delivered within 4-7 days of order received. After 8 days I phoned them up as their 'live chat' is deceased and is not active. It took 25minutes waiting to get through to them on the phone and when I eventually spoke to someone they told me they did not have the material in stock and were waiting for it to arrive - soon. Very very poor service.

I ordered a cut sheet of MDF almost 2 weeks ago. They charged me almost £30 for delivery. Since placing my order, I have not received any updates or delivery details. I have sent an email and messaged on facebook but have not had any replies from National MDF. I wish I had seen all of the other 1 star reviews on here before I placed my order, looks like others have had similar expeirnece. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!

I received my items 10 days ago. They were damaged with shoddy edges and water damage on the thin panel I ordered. I emailed straight away but have still not heard back.

Been three weeks since ordering, chased four times and keep being told ill get a text, No delivery and no product.

Absolutely hopeless. Their website says 4-7 working days delivery. After 7 working days I had not received my order. When I called them to say I needed the product for this week end they could not do anything. And I still do not have a delivery date

Been waiting for ages on the promised shipping/delivery times... Their website says:

"Fast Shipping: Get your materials delivered within 4-7 working days or collect from our Leicestershire store"

When I contact customer service, they fob me off and say they are waiting for logistics.

Great customer service the girls in the office kept me up to date every step of the way. Every sheet was cut perfect which made my life so easy. Thanks

Just been doing our child’s bedroom, had a new bed, and ordered some cut to size shelves for the room! All shelves bang on to the millimetre, with great customer service.

Great communication and fast delivery! Material was high quality too. Would definitely recommend. I had the cut to size service, still can't get my head around how fast it arrived!
