Awful service
Awful service, booked services but nobody turns up! No formal complaint procedure in place, work on behalf of Curry's, but no accountability for missed appointment! Please avoid at all costs! Wouldn't recommend! Stay out from this company at any cost!

Avoid National Oven Valeting
We took a care plan for care services from Curry's, It includes a valeting service. We were told to contact nationalovenvaleting for this. However, on 2 separate occasions on the days the valeting was booked, no one came. We waited for the entire time window and then until the end of the day. All this time we have on multiple occasions been speaking to the customer service representatives. It was very frustrating. No one called to notify us why they were late or if they were coming. We had to arrange leave from work for this and had our food kept out for the day on 2 different days. Please try to respect the customer's time and money.
Date of experience: 29 May 2025, we had previously had the exact same experience.
