After weeks and fuel waisted will Elgin branch dicaded to go Aberdeen, and was well chuffed staff couldn't be more helpful spen there time and done a good job , windscreen was leaking so water was sitting and rusted, the whole windscreen was moving, yet Elgin clowns couldn't remove 😀 Aberdeen top boys !!! Just how it should be, grafters thank you, stay away from Elgin lairs said they 2 knifes broken and windscreen moving with fingers... Just shows you same firm , but decent boys with right attitude can do 👍👍

Avoid at all costs
Avoid at all costs, they admited kicking in windscreen to get window out and this caused damage to dash, also paid for camera calibration but they said they completed but have not as still not working , the camera was working fine before car went in for new window, cowboys, better going else where the services provided are professional

Poor, unprofessional service!
Carried out a poor windscreen replacement initially, wasn’t sealed properly, horrendous wind noise when driving over 50mph. Then cancelled (at relatively short notice), an agreed appointment to rectify, but rescheduled for a couple of days later. Did not turn up for that appointment, no communication, just a no show. So unprofessional!

I was second on the list at 9.30am , didn’t turn up till 1 pm , so tracking driver didn’t really work to give me any idea when he would arrive.

Easy booking process and simple to get…
Easy booking process and simple to get my windscreen schip repaired. Staff were friendly and helpful. Only note I was told it should take under an hour but I was there for just over 1hr 40 min but it's not the end of the world.

Don’t bother phoning around other inferior companies
After being completely messed about by a well known windscreen company, I was most greatfull to National Windscreens at W-S-M who were simply outstanding in their knowledge and general professionalism and had me booked in quickly and my Jeep Wrangler in and out well within a couple of hours. 10/10 from me and then some 👍

A stone chipping 2-3cm rare repair.
Thank you for the service. The staff were polite and helpful, but unfortunately I am not completely satisfied with the repair after a week though at that time the repair seemed be a fair repair with a ignorable scar. But in a two weeks time and a thousand mile drive the repaired area has developed a very small crack which appears to be growing. I understand that a repaired chip may leave a small mark, but I did not expect any micro crack to become a macro crack, at all. Urgent action and response is need to stop it from spreading. I hope the the company will take necessary action to sort it out.
