First I understand the weather was…
First I understand the weather was raining all the time, so First was cancelled, then second appointment raining again but was offered to go to Aldershot to have glass fitted as it wouldn't take long to fit. A few mins later had another call to say they haven't got my windscreen and they would have to go to Enfield but wasn't time to pick up that .I arranged the following week to have it done . They had windscreen but missing a rubber strip but told me my strip was fine. Finally the windscreen was done but they outside and insider car with bit of old sealant. Didn't pick there rubbish up.

Shocking experience
Shocking experience. Very few appointments, booked through service centre then changed the following day. Lied to as the reason why. No support or help to resolve issues leaving me with an in mot able car for over 3 weeks!
Online booking confusing and then service centre staff just booking. When complain you get an aggressive attitude making it my fault

Wipers completely broken and snapped off after 2 weeks
Had my windscreen replaced 2 weeks ago (24th July) and it went really smoothly and the whole job was finished in just over 2 hours. When I went to collect my vehicle I was told not to wash the windscreen or use the wipers for a couple of days to let the screen “set” in place. Due to the lovely weather, I haven’t needed to use the wipers, however exactly two weeks later, I used the wipers for the first time to clean my windscreen and one of the wipers snapped straight off! I couldn’t reattach it as it was completely broken. If I had left a review straight away after the job was completed, I would have given it 5 stars! Very disappointed
