One of the best vehicle repair places I have ever been to. Absolutely fantastic team. Cannot recommend them highly enough enough.

All in all a very professional job
able to arrange an appointment quite quickly, at a convenient time. Staff were very helpful on arrival and the car was booked in smoothly. the staff gave me a time estimate but in fact the car was ready much sooner and I was contacted to say car was ready. All in all a very professional job - and the new windscreen was tested for all its safety functions . The company dealt with the insurance company for me and I only had to pay the excess.

Customer Service could be better
Online booking process completed without any issues. Even when I had to change from on the drive to the workshop due to sensors on my car
The work was completed in the given timescale, clean and tidy and no complaints 👌
However, initial contact a real challenge as the phone number advertised was not in use
Customer service doesn't appear to be their strongest point as everybody busy at their work stations and even when I was spoken to they remained seated until I mention the out of service number and one of the staff handed me a business card.
