I only found out when I saw that I had been reimbursed the cost for the wiper blades.

Our first appointment resulted in the fitter unable to replace the screen due to the new one being faulty.
However Carl at Banbury kept us fully informed and a new appointment was made as soon as they received the new screen.
The fitter Chris was very professional and we were delighted when he rang to say the car was ready. It was clean and tidy with no marks at all.
I would recommend Carl and his team at the Banbury Branch.

Excellent service
Matt was my windscreen repairer and he was excellent. Polite throughout and explained exactly what he was going to do and ensured I was happy at the end.
Booking process was also easy and I got a call to get the job done earlier than I had booked.

Company were a no show on the day with no phone call and multiple contradictory emails saying they were coming. National company is clueless as to what its local branch are doing. Complaint was met with complete indifference. Staggering low level of customer service. Am changing my insurance company as a consequence.

On entering g the building I was met by a receptionist/manager who was working g on the computer.He did say I'll be a minute but my fitter arrived and took co trol. He was pleasant polite and friendly. I am really picky with my garage/mechanic having worked in the industry for 15 years and windscreen companies are my pet hate.We had a really bad experience with this branch a couple of years ago so was dreading it. Have to say my previous impressions have changed and the experience was good communication from the fitter was great and I was rung as soon as it was ready.He met me at the door explained everything and I was ready to go .

Great service and excellent communication from start to finish. The Banbury team also managed to get my replacement done quicker than anticipated, but as I'd asked if they were able so I could do school pick up - they said they'd do their best and they did.
