The booking process was very straightforward and the quality of work was excellent.

I travelled to Carlisle from Kendal (a 2 hour round trip) only to be told on arrival at 8am in the morning that my replacement windscreen hadn't arrive meaning a wasted journey. I then had to repeat the journey the following week, once the new windscreen had arrived.
It seems to me that the management at the Carlise branch should have contacted me the afternoon before my first (wasted) trip to let me know the windscreen hadn't arrived, rather than waiting until I got there on the day of the booking.
Although I received £50 compensation this didn't really cover the inconvenience and extra time involved in making 2 separate journeys totalling over 4 hours of driving time.
In addition on the day the new windscreen was fitted, I noticed on starting to travel south down the M6 that the car's bonnet hadn't been closed properly and I had to pull off the motorway exit to fasten it properly.
Altogether, I was unhappy with the level of service I received.

I travelled 72 mile round trip to have my windscreen fitted and a day off work the windscreen is all blurry and not fit for purpose it’s got to go back in for another fit which means another day off work and another 72 miles
