Staff great, organisation not so much.
Turned up and the wrong windscreen had been ordered - was already in a cab on the way to work and I had to turn around and come back to pick up the car (waste of £36).
Windscreen fitter was super apologetic, honestly no need as I knew it wasn’t his fault the wrong windscreen was ordered.
Took the car back next week - told to drop at 8:30 - couldn’t afford cabs again etc ended up having to wait until 12:20 to get the car back - mentioned being refunded cost of last weeks taxi - told best they could do was £25 off.
Again, windscreen fitter was really helpful etc, no complaints about staff whatsoever but I would call ahead to check if they have the right windscreen.
Ended up having to do 3 hours overtime at work to make up for time lost 😔.
All in all, I’ve had 4 windscreens and this was the first time I needed to use national windscreens and it was by far the most stressful - other company just came to my house or work.
