Our screen replacement technician arrived at our house spot on time.
We were informed about the scope of work plus time scale.
Our technician was and is a great communicator, also an exeptionally clean and tidy worker, he left no mess at all, inside or outside our car.
Our screen was changed without any hassle.

Had a chip in the windscreen they came and fixed it but the chip is still as bad after the fix its like they never touched it still chipped

Chester branch made the process easy.
They (Chester) made the process easy and as smooth as possible. Dropped the car off and got the call to tell me it was ready to collect 3 hours later. They had done a faultless replacement and even hoovered out the car. It was as painless as could be. Highly recommended.
