Efficient, managed my expectations on time it took and met them.

Very polite and professional, even recommended places for us to go whilst we wait(as he noticed we had the kids with us) job was done perfectly, car was kept clean, no dirty prints or stuff left in the car, everything that had to be moved were put back in its place. And after care advice given. Hopefully we don't have to have the windscreen replaced again, but if we do, we're coming back here!!

National windscreens did a good job replacing the windscreen after it was cracked by a stone, they where quick as well

I have been following up regarding the replacement of my windscreen after the incident, and the entire process has been extremely frustrating.

Despite being repeatedly told that your team would contact me, I have had to follow up multiple times over the past three weeks. Even after paying the insurance excess, I have received no response or update from your team.

This delay has made it very difficult to travel safely, especially with children in the car, and it has caused significant stress and inconvenience.

I also requested a temporary solution if the replacement windscreen was not available. However, no action was taken until I chased your team again. I should not have to keep following up for updates or basic assistance.

I am very disappointed with the lack of communication and the poor level of customer service throughout this process. I would appreciate an immediate update on the status of my windscreen replacement and a clear timeline for when this issue will be resolved.

Easy to find and completed the job as planned. Very pleasant and efficient staff.

The person who replaced my windscreen was very friendly and done a very good job but couldn't renew my wipers because they only use cheap universal wipers which don't fit my car. I'm still waiting for a refund on the wipers.

Was not called to rearrange booking. They didn’t have the correct board for the recalibration so I had to go back the next day. Was not called the next day to inform the board was in so went to store to be told they didn’t have time. I said I was not leaving til it was done so they finally finished the job which took 10 mins. Joke of a service.

Efficient finish, the installer called me first thing in the morning to advise of his attendance time for PM, to save me waiting in for him. Attention to detail in a pristine finish and friendly, too! Highly recommended.

Rubbish. cancelled the morning off the wednesday appointment and couldn’t book until wednesday the following week when we had the MOT booked for Monday. After i complained did us a favour moving jobs around to get it done at the MOT station on the Monday! Very poor service, these things happen but should of been booked in for at least the same week, certainly wouldn’t choose them.

Staff really helpful, informative, and sorted my screen perfectly 👍
