Whilst you could see where your technician was, and how many jobs there was before you, it offered no real time frames to work to!
I could have worked in the morning or got some local jobs done and still got back in plenty of time for them had I knew it would be definitely a PM job, not so widely stated as between 09.00-4.30pm, which restricts you massively!
The lads rang me as they left their last job, they were both polite and professional and did an excellent job.
The service element was great, the information available to work to could be massively improved.

Quite effective on the job required. They have a customer waiting room where you can wait for the service, if you have some work to do on your laptop, that room is perfect.

Drop my car off and went home to wait, I was then informed that that the wrong windscreen had been ordered. I collected the car and rebooked
Went to rebooked appointment 5 hours later and after numerous calls I finally got a message the car was ready
