You can't seem to source the Window. You aren't even able to give me an estimate when it will arrive. Your not keeping me up to date I am having to chase you. If I wasn't required to use you by my insurance Company I would have gone elsewhere

As English is not my first language, she absolutely was patient as I was speaking to her while I was making many mistakes, she explained to me everything very kindly. Ryan and Davey were quick, efficient and tidy changing my windscreen. Only disappointment was the delay from contacting insurance to actual appointment which was over a week.
