Prompt attention from staff. Replacement windscreen carried out in good time. Booking was very simple. I would have appreciated a hot or cold drink while waiting but there was no facility for this.

The communication from making the appointment to the arrival of the technician was spot on ! The windscreen was replaced promptly although I had ordered new wipers as advised when booking appointment, only when the technician was finished replacing the windscreen and asked for a signature to state the job was complete did he say oh I don't gave the correct wipers so you will receive a refund for them , no apology , no offer to do them later , just matter of fact !

Great overall experience

Damaged dashcam cable
Dreadful experience and managed to also damage the cable for the dashcam so had to have that replaced at my own cost. Pathetic. Avoid if at all possible.
