I would give less than 1 star if it was…
I would give less than 1 star if it was an option.
Took my truck in for windscreen replacement. Picked up and was told it needed a new glass screen as the one fitted was wrong and the camera could not sit in the cradle properly. This resulted in the safety systems not being able to be calibrated.
Took it back for a second time to have the glass refitted.
Went to collect it the problem was still there. The glass hadn't actually been replaced and national windscreen had instead tried to clear the fault, which had not worked.
I wad told the safety systems were now calibrated and that the fault light had stayed on.
This was not true. I later found out that the cruise control, lane assist and emergency brake system was not working.
I now have a vehicle with crucial safety systems inactive, a fault light on my dashboard and zero communications from national windscreens as to when this will get fixed.
Terrible service and liars.
