Total disaster from start to finish !!! Didnt turn up no explanation or phone call to let me know, I waited in all day as had confirmation that the appointment was that day etc, had to phone customer services to find out was was going on, they put in a complaint on my behalf, had heated conversation with the branch manager. And this appointment messing around happened 3 times !!! Not once but 3 times !! The day car was eventually fixed the branch knew not to turn up on school run times, and low and behold I was getting in my car at 3pm to get my kids and 2 vans turn up and was starting to get things out vans, I told them that customer services and the branch manager was informed of the times I couldn’t do and that there was a note on the system saying this, the bloke who did the windscreen said yeah I know it was done to be done in the morning but he took it upon himself to change his route as my address was close to where he lived and he could go straight home after, instead of being miles away when he finished work. I had no choice but to get my kids and they both had to wait 55 minutes until I returned as school was 10 miles away ( 10 there 10 back) plus I had to wait for kids to come out. Got back and they was there waiting for me and the new windscreen was finally done. So all in all the whole process was a total disgrace and I sincerely hope I don’t have to EVER use you guys EVER again !!!!!

Hi left the trims loose on both sides of the windscreen the clips broken and not clipped back properly I have taken it to my local body shop to get it rectified I am not happy with the service
