After two failed attempts by the Milton Keynes branch and a terrible phone call from one of your call centre workers ( Arrogant, couldn't be bothered)Carl and he's crew at the Huntingdon branch redeemd National windscreens reputation by having the correct piece of glass in stock and fitted within an hour . I'd been asked by the receptionist Joe to pop in to try to unlock the mystery of why the first two fitters couldn't fit the correct piece of glass only to find out it was incompetence and lack of knowledge on the fitters part.Carl from Huntingdon took one look at it ,said I've got a piece that will fit that and then delegated one of his fitters to do just that ,within the hour, after waiting 1 and a half weeks for Milton Keynes to even figure out why they couldn't fit exactly the same piece of glass .Thank you Carl and the Huntingdon branch crew for a very professional service.

I did read the review and there were some poor experiences online so I was a little hesitant however the install was great. No issues. Only thing that would have been better is they mentioned about the noise you get after driving and that it does disappear however overall would use them again.

Excellent service and staff. The person I spoke to over the phone booking the appointment was really helpful, they had availability for a home-visit appointment within 7 days and the technician who came and replaced my windscreen was friendly, very professional and efficient - was finished within an hour did a great job.

Where's my refund?
When I got my windscreen replaced they were supposed to change the wipers as well (which I paid extra), they only replaced one as they had the wrong wipers with them, they also stated that I would get a refund... I'm still waiting.
