Terrible customer service
I had my car booked in to NW Inverness but my windscreen was in Carlisle...no phone call to cancel my appointment. I took a day's holiday to have the work done. Had to rebook for 5 days later. Terrible customer service.

They told me how long would it be? I went an hour early and it was only 10 minutes to eat and the car was ready. Excellent job. No mess at all. In the car. Definitely use them again.

Great customer experience
I was kept informed about what was happening and the windscreen was fitted when they said it would be. The fitter called ahead to advise of his arrival time and it all went without a hitch - very pleased with the service!
