I dropped off my car at the requested…
I dropped off my car at the requested time to have a new windscreen fitted. After 3.5hrs I received a txt message to say my car was ready to collect. I set off back to the garage only to find my car still sat where I left it with the broken screen still on it. When I went to reception to question what was going on I was told the txt message was sent by mistake. It appeared to me that they were aware an error had been made with the messaging and rather than correct it I was allowed to return to find the screen not changed and an additional hours wait.

Quickly back on my way
Something hit my windscreen on the M1 and cracked it. Found the nearest depot of National Windscreens, as they are approved by my insurance company. Went in, very friendly staff, they did the repair there and then, they sorted out the paper work and made me a coffee. A quick repair later and I was on my way. Spot on.
