Workmanship was excellent and staff…
Workmanship was excellent and staff polite. Unfortunately the facilities were well below parr. Waiting area and toilet need a good clean. Also no tea/coffee machine when having to wait for considerable time.

Can't ask for better
I only had interaction with one person, but he was kind and welcoming. The windscreen was finished faster than I expected and all was good.

Broken promises – avoid!
I had an appointment with National Windscreens to replace both my front and rear glass. My experience was a complete nightmare, not because of the technicians, but due to the utter incompetence of the office staff and operators.
I called their customer service 6 times prior to the appointment. Every single time, the operators assured me that BOTH the front and rear windows were in stock and ready to be fitted. I wasted weeks waiting for this day.
When I finally arrived, they replaced the front glass but then dropped a bombshell: they didn't have the rear glass. Even worse, they told me they "can't source it" and have no idea if or when it will ever be available. Why was I lied to six times on the phone?
To make matters worse, my insurance company (Hastings Direct) was useless and refused to intervene or help speed up the process. I was left with a broken, unsafe car because of National Windscreens' lack of honesty. They will happily take your booking and keep you waiting indefinitely instead of just telling the truth that the part isn't available.
