Visited the establishment for windscreen replacement under insurance. Manager very helpful regarding process. Overall very good service. The only problem I encountered was when booking the car in online. However I described the damage and where it said good news your windscreen is repairable and it wasn’t. It then books you in for a repair when you need a replacement booking so I had to rebook which caused a delay in getting it replaced.

Apart from it being a 60 mile round…
Apart from it being a 60 mile round trip from home for us to get our windscreen replaced everything about our experience was good. We were greeted by a very pleasant young man and the job was completed well within the timeframe quoted to us. Ten days later we have no issues with the work at all.

I took my car to National Windscreens in Oswestry they were brilliant. …
I took my car to National Windscreens and the gentleman who l spoke with was very helpful and polite. I booked my car in for the following week they phoned me to let me know when to take it, on arrival l was met by the same gentleman and he was very professional. He said when the car was ready he would phone me which he did and on collection l checked and they had done a first class job. The staff and work was brilliant first class all round l would recommend the to anyone who needs a new Windscreens.
