Lovely guys
Lovely guys, looks like they work together really well. They were polite and helpful to tell me where the shops and cafe was to kill some time. They left my car clean. Finished the job in a couple of hours. Even though their working environment was really boiling they were still professional and happy in their work. I myself would not work in that heat give the guys some air conditioning they deserve it, after all they are making money for the company.

Ordering correct parts could have been faster
The initial booking was very easy. All staff were very courteous at all times. However, it took two weeks and three visits from an engineer to finally get the correct trim ordered so that the windscreen could be replaced.

Outstanding customer service
Outstanding customer service. The team went above and beyond to help me resolve an issue with my rear view mirror, exacerbated by previous new windscreen fitted by their competitor. They were just amazing. Shout outs to Darren and Dane in particular.

Glass replacement - good work but a 4-week wait
Through no fault of National Windscreens, I had a four week wait time for the replacement rear quarter privacy glass window for my 2008 Ford Focus Estate. Given the age of the vehicle and the low probability of breakage (in this case it was vandalism), there is no OEM or after-market glass supply. National had to fit a glass window sourced from a breaker's yard.
On the plus side, the technician's glass installation work was excellent.

They made it in the morning like I…
They made it in the morning like I asked for and it took them less than an hour to do. The staff were friendly especially when I told them I couldn’t get the back part of my dash cam off the original window so they got it off and gave me a new sticker for it.
