Just an overall terrible experience. Had to drop van off when booked to be done at an address. Then phoned me to confirm job had been completed and the van was parked outside the branch and if I got a ticket it would be myself liable. Unbelievable customer service and will avoid at all costs.

Getting to fitting was a bit of a problem - took 3 weeks to get a fitting appointment for my badly cracked windscreen and, despite multiple reminders from NW when I attended they did not have the glass. The next day they suddenly did and their booking system offered another date 3 weeks ahead. I had to complain about that and that led to a date only 3 days ahead. ALl went swimmingly from there.

I recently had the windscreen replaced on my Toyota Yaris at their depot and was very impressed with the experience from start to finish. The booking process was straightforward, the staff were friendly and professional, and everything was completed within the timescale advised.
The workmanship was excellent, and the new windscreen was fitted to a very high standard. The team kept me informed throughout and made the whole process hassle-free.

My cracked windscreen was replaced under insurance. However, I had to wait 2 1/2 weeks before they could do it. Luckily we have two cars in the family. If we only had one one car it would have been a nightmare as my car was illegal to drive. 2 1/2 weeks is an unacceptable wait. Secondly, I booked my car in for a morning appointment. After a week this was changed to a PM appointment. Arrive between 12 and 12:30 the emails said. I arrived at 12 only to be told I was booked in for 3-0-clock! What a shambles. Fortunately, my car was done out of sequence and I eventually got my car back later in the afternoon.

Dropped off the van needing the windscreen first thing, was told to give them two/ two half hours, came back at midday to find the job hadn’t been started so had to sit there for a further hour and half, all done in my own time was not an happy bunny to say the least.
