Friendly staff and sorted the car quickly and left it in a clean state after. Could do with more local places, but good service and can't fault the team for that.

I was not welcomed and in fact was made to feel like l was bothering them.
Then was told l had been double booked so would be a few hours .
Left my vehicle at 11.30 and was told by text to allow four hours so l arranged temp insurance. Then when l
Rang to check at 2 pm was told would be at least another two hours .

Easy to book via insurance, even phoned us to offer an earlier appointment. Job completed within a day of damage.

I had to wait 2 weeks for an appointment and then a couple of days beforehand (despite requesting a morning appointment) they gave me an afternoon appointment. 20 minutes on hold to speak to someone (on the dot of 9am, high call volumes, call important to them blah blah) to be told the branch would contact me. They didn't; all I got was an automated text telling me the appointment was now not 12noon but was now even later at 1pm. 2 further calls, the first20 minutes on hold, the second when i got through was 34 minutes. I wouldn't have gone here but my insurers insist. Its clearly pile it high and sell it cheap and don't bother about customer care. if you can, go elsewhere because they will mess you about royally as they did with me.

Good lads took in the car straight away soon as I came to the office. Nice warm heated area to wait. Everything was good. One thing I would mention tho give the screen a little wipe down gently to remove the suction cup marks after fitting the windscreen otherwise everything bang on
