I had a deadline to get my windscreen…
I had a deadline to get my windscreen fix and the call centre date was outside of that. So I called the Redruth branch and the staff were really helpful and managed to fit me in. I had to take my car to the unit as it was raining and they kept me informed of what was going on until the job was completed.

They were efficient and tidy repairing the windscreen and reconnecting the rear view mirror, with all its connection for sign reading, lane keeping etc. Everything was reconfigure correctly. The windscreen was such that no-one would know it was a replacement.

It was raining so home visit not possible, needed screen changed that day so they sorted a slot for me at their Redruth depot, arrived, work done in about an hour or so.

Just had windscreen replaced took picture before it went in of my change pot they stole all my pound coins will not use again after this experience trusting them with my van full of tools and they steal my money absolutely shocked would avoid at all cost
