Staff were quick and courteous. Service, once I arrived, was very good. Unfortunately I had to wait over 2 weeks from the date I first called to have the windscreen replaced. Tried several local and no-so-local branches but 2 week wait was the minimum I encountered.

Was nervous about taking vehicle to the Westfield White City but instructions given were simple to understand. Greeted by Ben and his colleague, given an approximate time for fitting and calibrating new windscreen. They both showed me the quickest way out to the coffee shops and the new Shepherds Bush tube station. Arrived back 30 minutes after finish time and was directed to the air conditioned Business Lounge for 20 more minutes. A very clean repair centre with friendly, professional staff-a credit to National Windscreens.
Car parking paid for and easy to navigate out.

National Windscreens were great but…
National Windscreens were great but finding them in Westfield a nightmare. The signage for Car Park A from Aerial Way seems non existent - I ended being forced up to John Lewis Car Park then down then entering again and doing a U turn to get to Car Park A.
Once you're in car park 2 to find level -2 and National Windscreens is challenging. They were great.

Cancellations and delays
When booking the initial appointment two weeks prior, I was assured that the windscreen was in stock and the booking was confirmed. However, on the day of the appointment, it was cancelled due to the windscreen not having arrived.
A second appointment was arranged two weeks later. I was asked to drop the car off by 10am, with an estimated completion time of four hours. When I returned at 2pm, expecting the work to be nearly finished, I discovered they had only just begun removing the old windscreen — a process that would take a further two to three hours. The job was completed until 4:30pm, meaning I waited a total of six and a half hours.
