Very good service. Staff were courteous and professional. New windscreen installed properly and in reasonable time. There’s a waiting area where I was able to get some work done whilst waiting.

The engineer just didn’t turn up, waited in all day with no explanation. I had to up twice to get rebooked.

No issues with the actual windscreen replacement, but rather with the time for the work.
I was told it could take up to four hours, implying it would likely take less. In fact it took five hours and I arrived before the requested booking time.

Very happy with the service the staff are friendly & helpful. Was done on the time they said. Only issue was that it wasn't a genuine windscreen but thats down to my insurance company.

What an absolute masterclass in incompetence! I genuinely didn’t think replacing a windscreen could turn into a multi-day saga, but congratulations — you proved me wrong.
I patiently waited nearly four hours for the replacement. Nothing wrong with that. But out of those four hours, a solid two were spent watching your technicians battle with calibration like it was some sort of high-stakes rocket-launch procedure. They eventually handed the car back to me, but before I even put it in gear, the dashboard lit up with fault messages. Impressive work.
So back the car went, and you spent another two hours trying to fix what you should’ve done properly the first time. The next day? Same fault messages. Brilliant. I called your garage three times, and three times I was fed the classic “someone will call you back.” Spoiler alert: nobody called.
The following day I called again (at this point, I’m basically doing your job for you), and suddenly I’m told the entire windscreen needs to be replaced — something you could’ve figured out, say, at any earlier stage. You needed to “find out where to get one from,” because apparently sourcing windscreens is a surprising plot twist in your line of work. Shockingly, I then actually got a call back and booked the re-do for the following week.
Repair day comes. I drop the car off before 8am. By 10am, I get a call saying it’s ready. Amazing turnaround! Except… no windscreen was replaced. Just another round of camera fiddling and calibration déjà vu.
I take the car home, only to notice tiny pits all over the supposedly "new" windscreen and damage to the silicone seal (or maybe the glass?) above the camera/sensors. Honestly, at that point, I couldn’t even bring myself to call again — I’d already wasted enough of my life dealing with what should’ve been a simple job.
In short: spectacularly bad service, complete lack of communication, technical skills that inspire zero confidence, and a final result that still isn’t right. Well done.
Edited (the following day!): the electrical windscreen heating (defrost) doesn't work either!

National Windscreens came when they said they would and fitted a new windscreen to my car, as the chip was to big to repair.

Timing was a disaster. Booked in for 8.30, but nothing started until 11.00am. Camera was not replaced, and sticky pads I was given did not work. Very unhelpful.

Was easy to book and drop the car. Was done in 3 hours. The new screen was dusty and full of smudges which were tough to clean.
Would have appreciated if it was clean.

The glass replacement process was very smooth and efficient; it was completed in just four hours.
