Windscreen /replace/repair
Windscreen fitter turned up, very polite manner, had a look at the screen, and said he could repair it, which obviously would be a lot quicker than a replacement, made a really good job, my M.o.T. was the next day they were happy with the repair, and i also had the £60 excess repayed back into my account within days

They dont honour the time you book
On two separate occasions of booking this appointment it was moved from 9am appointments until the afternoon. The second occasion from 9am to 12pm and then 2pm. I understand that the business opens Mon-Fri but when booking this around my working day I ended up losing a whole day off to waiting around for this.
I raised the is with customer services and their ‘gesture of goodwill’ was not even close to what I’d lost out on. I would never choose this business again. Another garage who then did my MOT were able to honour my appointment time to the minute. It can be done.

The windscreen was replaced and the car…
The windscreen was replaced and the car was clean and cared for. I was told the task took four hours, so went to a local gym.
I was told I had been sent a text which said the job was finished (in less than two hours) !
Then I received a phone call telling me the National Windscreen business closes at 4 pm? It was 3.55pm. I called my taxi and collected the car...
Strange day.

Amazing experience
Amazing experience, they made me at ease with every stage of the process, unfortunately my technician was poorly and asked if I could go to the nearest branch, which I happily did, amazing service when I got there, wouldn’t recommend anyone else.
