I am writing to formally raise concerns regarding the standard of workmanship following a recent windscreen replacement carried out on my BMW. Unfortunately, upon inspection after the repair, I identified multiple issues that were not present prior to the work being undertaken.
Firstly the wipers appear to have been incorrectly torqued or tightened.
The anti-fog sensor has been damaged and is no longer functioning.
The pillar trims now show visible wear, and there is damage to the paintwork on the wing. Additionally, the passenger-side wiper arm has been affected.
The scuttle panel has been incorrectly refitted and is missing screws.
Finally, after the work had been completed I noticed that there was broken glass shards and adhesive residue were left on the paintwork and driveway following completion of the repair.
Given the nature and number of these issues, I am extremely disappointed with the quality of work and level of care demonstrated. I would expect a significantly higher standard of workmanship and post-repair condition from a professional service provider.
