Insurance job
Used them solely because they were tied in with the car insurance company.
They kept us informed all along the way and did an excellent job at replacing the windscreen ( at the time of writing this we haven’t had any rain).
My only complaint is that I had a cracked windscreen for two weeks before they could fit the job in.

My car was due to be taken to the depot by my son, but on the day of delivery they called to alert me to the fact that they hadn’t received my screen yet.
I pointed out that my son would be going back to Nottingham and as I had recently had a stroke, I was unable to get it to them!
Oliver immediately offered to collect it and when it was finished, he would deliver it back!
Excellent service!

I have loads of glass inside rattling…
I have loads of fibreglass inside rattling around when I lift and close my boot. I was warned this would happen, but it sounds awful. This didn’t happen when I had my front windscreen replaced a couple of years ago. The boot was shook very hard, I witnessed this, and consequently the plastic in the corner one side connecting to the top of the boot has all broken up. Not really much care taken that I can see.

Nice people at this place just a shame they didn’t pay close enough attention to the new windscreen they put in as there was loads of bits inside the car on the dash all the rubber from my previous windscreen they then gave me a broken windscreen not best impressed as I paid £115 for crappy windscreen it’s been rebooked in for the 3rd of June let’s hope they take there time and do it properly this time
