Under insurance

Under insurance, appointment changed 3 times told thats not their department! Time off work to get car there new windscreen fitted sealant left on wings of car. Told needed car back as couldn't get sensors and cameras to work, would phone on Monday i eventually rang them on Thursday head office unhelpful couldn't get car in for another week so thats 2weeks with a cars warning signals beeping an flashing not really able to use car so extremely difficult to get to work, more time off to get car there next week! Complaints raised with my insurance company

It as a great service from start to finish, they kept me updated with emails on my appointment time . I was given a time slot and my car went in before the time I was given . They did a great job and the car wasn't in their care for that long .I would highly recommend national windscreen.

The booking and staff service was great. just not the final work.

The booking and staff service was great but one collected few days later, but few days later my rain sensor did fault, when I looked the rain sensor had air bubbles 🫧 and the sensor was not secured the windscreen just hanging loose.not had time yet get in touch.

I am extremely disappointed with the…

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received following my recent windscreen replacement at your Wolverhampton branch.

The quality of workmanship was far below acceptable standards. After the installation, I noticed bubbles near the camera area of the windscreen, scratches inside my vehicle on the mirror cover, and broken clips causing the cover to fit incorrectly. In addition, the visibility through the new windscreen during rainy conditions is very poor, with marks and distortion appearing on the glass.

This level of service is highly unprofessional and has caused both inconvenience and concerns regarding the safety and condition of my vehicle. I expected a professional replacement, but instead my vehicle has been returned with additional damage and an unsatisfactory installation.

Overall, I am very dissatisfied with the experience, the workmanship, and the quality of the replacement windscreen provided. I hope this matter is taken seriously and resolved promptly.

You got the windscreen wrong 3 times

You got the windscreen wrong 3 times, costing me 3 days lost work,the second time I even took the van to your depot and you photographed the windscreen to make sure you got the right one and then still got it wrong, when the windscreen was finally replaced on the 4th attempt the lad who fitted it was excellent

The staff were helpful and friendly

The staff were helpful and friendly. Service was quick and they shared extra details and advice. They went the extra mile for me, including stuck the insurance device back on the window and made me a coffee.

Didn't give me the right window mine…

Didn't give me the right window mine was tinted and gave me plain glass that doesn't help me I have pay to get it tinted
