Poor service and care for brand new vehicle
Booked appointment to drop off my van at 8:30/9am. The friday before my Monday booking, appointment drop off changed to 11am. My company planned my day around dropping the van off at 8:30am. Arrived at 8:30 and they said they had room to start me asap which was good. Reception guy was chatty, waiting room seats were very hard. Left van with them. Collected van after confimed finished by text. Van seat had the fabric pulled. All mark on the dash. The van is 26 plate with 1k on the clock. No response from logging the damage with them. Van was left dirty, brand new van and all the black sealant which had been cut from around the window was on the floor. Took two days after fitting for my automatic wipers to start working correctly? I did clean the sensor. Customer service was poor.

Very pleased with my recent dealings with these guys. Chris (the fitter) was very up front about the repair, and explained all possible outcomes before starting, so my hopes of a repair were somewhat lowered.
However, 20 minutes later when he explained all had been completed I was very happily surprised with the results.
