We had a lovely chap called Josh who on his first visit was unable to fix repair (not his fault) he then rearranged another visit within two days. He came back replaced windscreen very quickly.

Highly recommended

The staff member completing my windscreen replacement was fantastic, he was very polite and friendly and kept me informed with what was happening with my car.
I would 100% recommend National windscreens to others.

Very polite and helpful

The experience at the depot was first…

The experience at the depot was first class. It took longer then it should for the screen to arrive but that’s Honda for you!

Hassle free appointment booking

Hassle free appointment booking, although had to wait almost a week which was a pain.
If I could have got vehicle to depot it would have been sooner but due to damage vehicle was not safe or legal to drive).
Friendly and knowledgeable staff from 1st contact to job completion.
Fitter Ryan was A1 10/10.

Good communication, convenient. So tidy that I wouldn't have known they'd been, if it wasn't for the fact they had to replace the whole windscreen because of where a big chip was in the screen. Thanks

Super friendly. Efficient. Were done in less than the alloted time and fitted me in to suit my work day. They did a great job and I was very pleased. Thank you! If I had any feedback it would be to make the waiting area more comfortable and maybe install a small coffee machine or something.

Friendly and very efficient

Friendly and very efficient local technician came out the following day. The only glitch was a problem with the National Windscreens auto-payment system. It drove me nuts as it kept repeating the wrong registration number for me to confirm and its voice recognition was faulty - I have a clear voice with no accent. After several minutes I got diverted to a real person who sent me a bank transfer link and did say there had been issues with a new payment system, so I wasn't the only person. Otherwise this would have been a 5 star review.
