Super friendly. Efficient. Were done in less than the alloted time and fitted me in to suit my work day. They did a great job and I was very pleased. Thank you! If I had any feedback it would be to make the waiting area more comfortable and maybe install a small coffee machine or something.

Friendly and very efficient local technician came out the following day. The only glitch was a problem with the National Windscreens auto-payment system. It drove me nuts as it kept repeating the wrong registration number for me to confirm and its voice recognition was faulty - I have a clear voice with no accent. After several minutes I got diverted to a real person who sent me a bank transfer link and did say there had been issues with a new payment system, so I wasn't the only person. Otherwise this would have been a 5 star review.
