Good job but communication could be better
When inspected repair was not an option so date for a replacement was quickly arranged. Weather prevented replacement and a new date was required however I had to call twice to establish a new date. The job itself was done quickly and efficiently with good communication on the day.

Mini windscreen replacement…
The 2 windscreen fitters contacted me on the day of the windscreen replacement and arrived on time.
The windscreen was fitted OK but in removing the old screen they broke the trims on the A pillars necessitating me to have to purchase 2 new ones. I wa told they are prone to breaking. When fitting a new screen to a Mini, new A pillar trims should be supplied and fitted as part of the windscreen replacement as it is done through the insurance anyway. The good thing was that the screen cost was less than the insurance excess so it did cost me less.
